Jonathon R. Hetzel is primarily responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting at Madison Partners. Mr. Hetzel began his career at Madison Partners in May of 2007. As part of Madison's acquisition and divestiture team, Mr. Hetzel is actively involved with all aspects of new acquisition and divestiture deal flow, with a focus on the financial analysis. His other main responsibility involves securing financing for Madison's projects and evaluating its potential implications for the project. At Madison, Mr. Hetzel has worked on all types of real estate financing including: first lien mortgages, mezzanine debt, bonds, and private equity. Mr. Hetzel has experience evaluating a wide variety of real estate assets including: individual and portfolios of shopping centers, infill commercial sites, raw commercial land, single family and multi-family residential land, international and domestic resort development, REO commercial mortgages, bonds secured by real estate, and industrial property. Mr. Hetzel has been Madison's spokesman for a wide variety of issues relating to Deep Ellum and has been working hard to try to revitalize the Dallas entertainment neighborhood.

Mr. Hetzel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Economics. In addition, Mr. Hetzel studied at the London School of Economics during his junior year of college. Mr. Hetzel is a board member of the Deep Ellum Foundation, which distributes PID money for the Dallas neighborhood, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
