Larry
Vineyard has been involved in real estate and real estate
development and investment since 1975. He holds a Juris
Doctor Degree from the Southern Methodist University
School of Law, where he was a Hatton W. Sumner Scholar.
He also holds a BBA Degree, Cum Laude, in Accounting
and Finance from Southern Methodist University.
After practicing law in the areas of banking, finance,
and real estate for over 10 years, Mr. Vineyard became
actively involved in all aspects of corporate and real
estate development, finance and construction, including
mixed use and single family development projects. During
the 1990’s Mr. Vineyard focused his efforts on
real estate construction and development of everything
from urban townhouses, garden apartments, urban lofts
and mixed use projects, to retail centers. In addition,
he maintained active involvement in retail property
acquisition, leasing and management and various single
family lot developments which sold lots to Pulte Homes,
Goodman Homes, Legacy Homes, Centex Homes, and others.
Since 2000 he has served as Executive Vice President
of Dunhill Partners, Inc. and Dunhill Property Management
Services, Inc.—a commercial real estate investment
and brokerage firm whose primary business is acquisition
and management of retail shopping centers. With Mr.
Vineyard’s substantial involvement and guidance,
Dunhill has grown to a high profile entity which manages
approximately 3,500,000 square feet of retail property
located in Dallas, Arlington, Addison, Plano, Mesquite,
Lewisville, Texas and Honolulu, Hawaii—with many
major national tenants such as Bed Bath & Beyond,
Pier One, and Best Buy. However, Dunhill also prides
itself on its ability to attract and serve quality local,
regional and “mom and pop” businesses. Mr.
Vineyard also serves as a Vice President and principal
manager of Pioneer Development Corporation, which is
currently developing approximately 4,000 single family
lots in various segments of the Austin, Texas market
and is soon to commence development in certain North
Texas communities. Pioneer endeavors to develop communities
that will withstand the test of time and will not only
give people a place to live, but will provide a place
to flourish and enjoy life. Pioneer markets its products
to many major builders, including David Weekley Homes,
Legacy Homes, Lennar Homes, Village Builders, and Morrison
Homes.
