Ralph E. Reed is responsible for the day to day operations of the development company's business activities in Austin, Texas. Responsibilities include development, builder relations and lender relations.

Mr. Reed started his career in real estate in 1979 as the Vice President, Development and Operations for the Lakeway Company, a major destination residential community in Travis County, Texas. Since then he has been involved in managing the development of 2500 lots for John Lloyd Development Company as well as developing a number of other residential communities.

Pioneer Development Corporation was formed in 2000, and is currently developing over four thousand lots in three master planned communities - Pioneer West, Pioneer East, and The Ranch at Brush Creek. These projects are in Travis and Williamson Counties in the Greater Austin area.
